WSU Student-Athletes Reach Goal of Graduation

The 2017 fall graduation at the Wright State Nutter Center Saturday featured nine current or former student-athletes.

Cloern, from Upper Arlington, helped led the Raider women's tennis team to the finals in 2016 and 2017 while being named the League Player of the Week in 2016. Conley of West Milton was the team's Most Improved in 2015 and part of the 2017's best times in the 200 and 400 free relay teams. Ernsthausen, from Toledo, graduates in less than four years and plans to pursue his master's degree.

Ngatcha from Manchester, NH was a three-time first-team All-League player and 2016 HL Player of the Year, leading the Raiders to three conference finals. Pfeffer, a Clayton native, helped lead the Raiders to the league finals in 2015 and 2016 while being named to the Newcomer Team in 2014.

Loveland native Sevier helped lead the Raiders to a second-place finish in 2016, the best-ever placing by WSU cross country. Sipe of Centerville was a Horizon League honoree in 2017 and helped led WSU to third place finishes the last three seasons.

The ceremony begins at 10 a.m. in the Wright State Nutter Center. Tickets are not required. Click here for the video.
