
Wright State returns to road, faces Iowa State Sunday

The Wright State women's basketball team returns to the road and heads to Ames, Iowa to face off against The Cyclones of Iowa State on Sunday afternoon. Tipoff is scheduled for 1:00p.m CT/2:00p.m ET from Hilton Coliseum.

The Raiders are coming off a 64-60 victory over Marian inside the Nutter Center on Wednesday afternoon, in their only home contest of December. Sophomore Angel Baker finished with a game-high 26 points on Wednesday, her fifth consecutive 23+ point game and her seventh double-digit game out of the Raiders last eight. Redshirt freshman Shamarre Hale contributed 11 points and pulled down five total rebounds, one offensive and four defensive for her third double-digit scoring effort of the season.
With the win, the Raiders improved to 5-3 on the season and the Knights are 11-2 overall.
