Raiders travel to face Kentucky on Monday night

DAYTON – The Wright State men's soccer team continues its season-opening road trip with a visit to Kentucky on Monday night as the Raiders and Wildcats will kickoff at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN+.

The Raiders (0-1) are coming off of a Thursday night loss at Akron to begin the year, with Joe Kouadio recording the lone Wright State goal in the 60th minute as worked a give and go with Ian Gomez to beat the keeper.

Kentucky is set for its first home contest of the young season, beginning the year with a double overtime scoreless draw at Coastal Carolina on Thursday night. Kentucky finished the spring season 12-5-2 overall and 3-3-1 in CUSA. The Wildcats received an at-large bid to the 2020 Division I Men's Soccer Championship, advancing to the third round before falling to the No. 4 seeded Wake Forest 1-2.
