HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, KY – The Wright State women's basketball team used a giant third quarter to pull past Northern Kentucky 90-83 as Rachel Loobie turned in a career-high 24 points as four Raiders finshed in double figures scoring.
Wright State (12-8, 6-3 Horizon) scored 36 points in the third quarter as they shot 74 percent over the 10-minute stretch, with the Raiders tying their first half point total that saw them trail by two at the break.

After the Wisconsin trip, Wright State will then have six of its next seven games at home inside the Nutter Center.

NKU tallied 26 points in the fourth quarter to make things interesting, but the Raiders had 18 points of their own in the final 10 minutes to hold off the push, with the hosts unable to get the margin into single digits until the final minute of the afternoon.
