Women's Basketball set to face Phoenix on Sunday

DAYTON — The Wright State women's basketball team wraps up its weekend in Wisconsin on Sunday afternoon as the Raiders travel to take on Horizon League-leading Green Bay. Sunday's contest is set for a 2 p.m. ET. Fans can keep up with the action by watching on ESPN+ or following live stats.

LAST TIME OUT
Wright State battled back all night long to dig out of a first quarter hole and force overtime, but the Raiders came up just short and fell 93-87 on Friday night at Milwaukee in Horizon League action. Alexis Hutchison finished with a game-high 34 points to lead four Raiders in double figures, while Kacee Baumhower and Rachel Loobie each notched 17 points, with Loobie just missing a double-double after pulling down nine rebounds. Lauren Scott was the final Wright State player in double figures with 15 points of her own, while Claire Henson's four points off the bench was the only other scoring production for the Raiders.

Wright State's next win will be their seventh victory in Horizon League action this season, which will be the most HL wins the Raiders' have had under head coach Kari Hoffman. Five of the Raiders' six HL wins a season ago came after January 28, while they also added a road victory in the first round of the Horizon League Tournament on the road against Oakland.
