Raider Bowlers grab eighth-place finish

Lockport, IL - The Wright State bowling team wrapped up action at the Storm Flyer Classic  on Sunday, ending the weekend with a 6-7 record to finish eighth in the 20-team field.

The Raiders dropped their first contest of the day on Sunday, falling in six games to Tulane, before bouncing back with a six-game win over UAB and closing tournament action with a seven-game defeat against McKendree in the seventh-place match.

Wright State is back in action next Saturday at the Ohio Bowling Conference Event 5. Action will begin at 10 a.m. at Columbus Square Bowling Palace in Columbus.
