STRUTHERS, OH – The No. 20 Wright State bowling team tallied three bracket victories on Sunday's final day of action at the Chelsea Gilliam Penguin Classic to finish seventh in the loaded, 18-team field that featured many of the national powerhouses.

Wright State, who entered the final day in 10th, opened best-of-seven Baker action with a comeback 4-3 win over No. 21 Valparaiso as the Raiders won the final three matches to advance. They carried the momentum into a 4-0 sweep over No. 14 Mount St. Mary's before facing off with No. 25 Niagara. In the final matchup, Wright State jumped ahead and later held off a Niagara comeback as the Raiders took the deciding seventh game to seal the win.
