
Riaders ready for #HLMBB semifinal on Monday

DAYTON - The Wright State men's basketball team continues postseason action on Monday night as the top-seeded Raiders take on No. 7 Northern Kentucky in the semifinals of the 2026 Barbasol Horizon League Basketball Championship. Monday's game is set for a 7 p.m. tipoff and fans can follow the action several ways - watching on ESPNU, via live stats or by tuning in to the Wright State Radio Network - 101.5 FM 'The Fridge' and WING 1410 AM. Chris Collins and Jim Brown will have all the play-by-play on the radio feed.
Fans can tune into 101.5 FM 'The Fridge' or WING 1410 AM live over the air in the Dayton metro area, as well stream the station live nationwide through a variety of free streaming apps. Wright State used a 17-3 run early in the second half to roll to a 90-61 first round victory over 10th-seeded Cleveland State in the 2026 Barbasol Horizon League Basketball Championship on Wednesday night inside the Nutter Center. Kellen Pickett finished with a game-high 18 points to lead four Raiders in double figures as Michael Cooper had 17 points to go along with a game-best seven rebounds while TJ Burch and Michael Imariagbe each turned in 16 points and five rebounds.

Wright State returns to Corteva Coliseum for postseason play for the first time in four seasons, with the Raiders' last Indianapolis March visit coming while winning the 2022 HL title.
AT THE TOP
The Raiders are Horizon League regular season champions for the first time since the 2020-21 season, and own the outright title for the first time since the 2019-20 campaign. Wright State is the No. 1 seed in the Horizon League Championship for the fourth time, also sitting as the top seed in the 2020, 2019 and 2007 HL tournaments.
GIVE ME 20
Wright State reached the 20-win mark this season for the 15th time in its Division I history, reaching the mark for the first time since the 2021-22 season (22 wins). The Raiders won 20-plus games in seven of eight seasons from 2012-2020.
NORSE NOTES
Wright State leads the overall series 34-18 and has won 12 of the last 17 meetings against Northern Kentucky, including both regular season matchups. The Raiders took the January meeting 88-80 at the Nutter Center before a 92-91 comeback road win in the regular season finale on February 28.
