Jason Foster joins the Wright State coaching staff after finishing his last season at the University of Iowa. Prior to that Jason played at three seasons at Wright State and graduated in 2018. Foster will serve as the Director of Pitching Development.

At Wright State (2015-18) -- Graduated from Wright State in 2018 with a degree in Exercise Science and minor in Sociology. Posted a 3.40 ERA over 3 years… earned second-team All-Horizon League honors in 2017... helped team to three Horizon League titles (2015, 2016, 2018), three NCAA Regionals (2015, 2016, 2018) and two NCAA Regional Championships (2015, 2016)...Â

High School --Â Two-time all-league honoree... also played football and basketball... high school coach was Nate Hillery.

He has worked as pitching instructor at Bo Jackson Elite Sports in Columbus, OH as well as strength and conditioning coach and pitching development coordinator at MVP Baseball in West Carrollton, OH.Â
