Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Frohlich has a lengthy club and college-playing background. Played for the Internationals Soccer Club (1999-2011), Cleveland State University (2011-2012), and Northern Kentucky University (2012-2015). Graduated from NKU with a degree in Integrative Studies.
