Women's Soccer Falls at #13 Notre Dame in Season Opener

The Wright State women's soccer team battled #13 Notre Dame close for most of the match, trailing just 1-0 at the half, before the Fighting Irish pulled away in the second half for a 3-0 decision in the season opener for both teams Friday night in Notre Dame, Indiana.

Wright State (0-1) faces another ranked opponent on the road on Tuesday, August 23, as the Raiders travel to Columbus to take on #23 Ohio State at 7:00.
