IUPUI wasted no time to start the scoring as freshman forward Valentine Pursey found the back of the net in the eight minute of the match. Less than two minutes later, the Raiders answered on a shot from senior forward
Sarah Colvin for her sixth goal of the season. The Raiders struck again to take a 2-1 lead from a long ball sent into the box by senior midfielder

Jordyne Helinski for a shot from about six yards out. The goal was the fourth on the season for Helinski. To finish off the flurry of goals in the first half, IUPUI's Pursey knocked in her second goal of the match in 30
th minute to tie the game 2-2. IUPUI outshot the Raiders eleven to four in the half.Â

Second Half Highlights

The second half saw no shortage of offensive action from both teams. IUPUI struck first with a goal on a Miranda Ricks header at the 52:21 minute mark to put the Jaguars up 3-2. For the next 25 minutes, both teams saw plenty of opportunities including a point-blank opportunity by the Raiders'
Brittney Petrosky, sending the ball just over the goal. In the 77
th minute, the Raiders were awarded a free kick just outside of the penalty box. The kick was taken by Romero who after hitting the ball into the Jaguar wall, regained possession to kick it towards the goal, landing at the feet of freshman midfielder
Destiny Johnson who wasted no time to hit the ball into the back of the net for her second goal of the season. With less than three minutes left in the match, Valentine Pursey finished off her hat trick with the game-winning goal for the Jaguars. IUPUI's victory runs their win streak to 11 games and moves them to 6-0 in the Horizon League.Â
