Wright State women's soccer (8-7, 3-3) welcomes Cleveland State (8-7, 4-2) to Alumni Field on Wednesday at 7:00 pm and travels to UIC on Saturday for an 8:00 pm contest.
Wright State
The Raiders look to regain their winning ways after losing three of their last four contests. All three losses coming at the feet of Horizon League leaders IUPUI, Northern Kentucky and Milwaukee. There were no shortage of goals in their most recent contest as the Raiders fell 4-3 on a goal in the last minutes of the game by IUPUI. Senior midfielder

Destiny Johnson all found the back of the net in the IUPUI loss. Colvin continues to lead the Raiders with six goals on the season.
Cleveland State
Cleveland State enters this game as winners of four out of their last five contests, all league matches. The last two matches have produced 3-2 victories over Detroit Mercy and Green Bay. The Vikings are led on offense by freshman forward Jenna Prathapa who has six goals and three assists on the season and junior forward Dani Sowinski with five goals and two assists. Sowinski has scored all five of her goals in conference play. Senior goalkeeper Jamie Daniels has played all but five minutes this season and has allowed 20 goals in 15 matches, including three shutouts. The Vikings currently sit in fourth place in the Horizon League.
UIC
Currently sitting at 5-11 on the season, the Flames enter this contest as winners of three out of their last four with all three victories over conference opponents. The last two contests have been road victories over Detroit Mercy and Youngstown State with sophomore forward Tamae Douglas and sophomore defender Emily Valentine each tallying a goal in the wins. Douglas and Valentine lead the Flames in scoring on the season. The Flames and Raiders currently sit at 3-3 in conference play, currently tied for fifth place.

The Raiders hold an 11-3-1 series edge over Cleveland State after a 2-0 victory over them in 2016.

The Raiders hold a slim 2-1 series advantage over UIC. In 2016, the Flames claimed their first victory over the Raiders with a 1-0 score at Alumni Field.
Next Up
The Raiders finish off the conference regular season with a road match at Detroit Mercy on Friday, October 27 at 4:00 pm. Quarterfinals for the Horizon League Championship will take place on Monday, October 30 with the Semi-Finals and Finals on November 2 and 4.
