Princeton knocks off @WSU_SB

After rainy weather halted play for over 24 hours, the Princeton Tigers finally closed out a victory over Wright State by a score of 8-0.

Meredith Keel, Raidyn Johnson, and Rebekah Lenos registered the lone hits for the Raiders. After play was resumed on Saturday, Olivia Otani took over in the circle for Wright State. In her fifth appearance of the season, Otani pitched a scoreless inning which included a strikeout. Princeton did most of their damage in the 3rd inning, scoring five runs off Raider starter Makenna Durieux. This inning came off the heels of a homerun from Tiger third basemen Haley Hoffman.

Wright State concludes the Liberty Invitational Sunday with a doubleheader against Valparaiso at 8:30 AM and Delaware State at 12:30 PM.
