Raiders set to open Horizon play on the road Saturday

The Wright State men's soccer team begins Horizon League on the road Saturday night as the Raiders travel to Milwaukee. Wright State starts league play at 3-2 overall, while is 4-2 and 2-0 at home.

The Raiders have won two matches in a row, and three of their last four, following a 1-0 road victory at Saint Francis last Saturday. Wright State has also tallied wins over Cincinnati (2-0 on September 10) and at Memphis (4-2 on September 1) this month.

Milwaukee has won two in a row, including a comeback 2-1 home victory on Tuesday night. The Panthers opened their Horizon League schedule last Saturday with a 1-0 road win at Detroit Mercy.

Wright State won last season's regular season matchup 4-0 at home to close the regular season before the teams matched up in the first round of the Horizon League Tournament, where the Raiders advanced via penalty kicks.
