Wright State hosts Northern Kentucky Saturday night

The Wright State men's soccer team steps back into Horizon League action on Saturday night as the Raiders host Northern Kentucky at Alumni Field. The Raiders have won four straight matches and are coming off of a 3-1 home victory on Tuesday against future HL foe Purdue Fort Wayne. Northern Kentucky is 1-5-1 overall and has lost three straight contests.

Alec Philippe finished with two goals in the Raider win on Tuesday and Brayden McNitt added a goal of his own as Jackson Dietrich tallied a pair of assists. Wright State is 2-0 at home this season, also tallying a victory over Cincinnati in non-conference play, and are 1-0 to start Horizon League play for the third consecutive season.

Wright State won last season's matchup at Northern Kentucky by a 2-1 score and have won four straight in the series after the Norse won the teams' first three meetings.
