DAYTON – The Wright State women's soccer team hits the road for a Saturday night visit to Cleveland State, as the Raiders are coming off of a home win last weekend and the Vikings have dropped two in a row.

The Raiders (3-5-3, 1-1-2 HL) are coming off of a 2-1 Sunday victory over IUPUI behind a pair of early first half goals from
Maddie Mitchell and
Destiny Johnson.
Johnson's four goals leads the Raider offense, while
Olga Massombo has added two goals of her own. Johnson's nine points and 21 shots pace the Raiders as well. Five other Raiders have recorded double-digit shot attempts to date:
Brittney Petrosky (14),
Lauren Borchert (13),
Michelle Rings (12), Massombo (11) and
Kaylin Helinski (10). Johnson and Borchert each have a team-leading 11 attempts on frame so far this season.
Cleveland State (3-7-1, 2-2-0 HL) is coming off back-to-back losses, most recently a 1-0 loss at Northern Kentucky last Sunday. The Vikings' last home match ended in a 7-0 defeat against Milwaukee. Maddie Young is the only player with multiple goals, with two, while she is one of three players with a team-high eight shot attempts, joined by Kathryn Ramicone and Ja'Maya Ward. Cleveland State complied a 6-4-0 record during the spring season. The Vikings defeated the Raiders 2-1 in double overtime in Cleveland back in early February.
