LINCOLN, NE – For the second time in as many weeks, the Wright State volleyball team has tallied a reverse sweep, this time downing California out of the ACC in five sets on Saturday in Nebraska as part of the Ameritas Players Challenge.
Â
The win gave Wright State (3-2) its third win over a power conference opponent in the last calendar year and its first since tallying back-to-back victories over Miami and Ohio State last September. The Raiders now won three of their last four meetings against power conference opponents since the start of last season.

The Raiders are set to face No. 9 Pitt on Friday, Sept. 12 before a matchup with Ohio State on Saturday, Sept. 13 and a meeting against Ohio on Sunday, Sept. 14. Tickets for the Tru by Hilton Beavercreek Invitational are on sale now.Â
