Men’s Basketball remains in latest Mid-Major Top 25

BOSTON, MA – The Wright State men's basketball team remained in the latest CollegeInisider.com Mid-Major Top 25 poll, announced late February 9, with the Raiders checking in at No. 25 after a 1-1 week.
The Raiders opened last week with a 72-66 defeat at Robert Morris last Wednesday before bouncing back with a 73-68 Homecoming victory over Purdue Fort Wayne Saturday night inside the Nutter Center. Michael Imariagbe turned in back-to-back double-double efforts in the two games, finishing the week averaging 17.5 points per game and 14.5 rebounds per game, while Kellen Pickett a career-best four three-pointers on Saturday as part of his 10.0 points per game and 7.5 rebounds per game average for the week.
Wright State has won 11 of its last 13 contests dating back to late December and are currently 9-3 at home. The Raiders currently sit atop the Horizon League standings with an 11-3 record to start the week. Wright State welcomes Detroit Mercy to town on Thursday before a Sunday road matchup at Cleveland State.
