Women’s Soccer Announces 2026 Schedule

DAYTON- The Wright State women's soccer program, led by head coach Travis Sobers, released its 2026 schedule Tuesday afternoon. The 20-game slate features eight home contests at Alumni Field.
The Raiders will prepare for the season with an exhibition match, traveling down to Western Carolina on Saturday, Aug. 8. Wright State will open the regular season on the road at Southern Indiana on Thursday, Aug. 13.
WSU will then return home to Alumni Field to kick off the home portion of its 2026 slate with a pair of non-conference matchups – first against Butler on Sunday, Aug. 16, followed by IU Pennsylvania on Thursday, Aug. 20.
The Raiders will then hit the road for four straight contests, with stops at Marshall on Sunday, Aug. 23; Kentucky on Sunday, Aug. 30; Dayton on Thursday, Sept. 3; and Bellarmine on Thursday, Sept. 10.
Wright State will return home to Alumni Field to wrap up non-conference play on Sunday, Sept.13, hosting Indiana State. The Raiders will open Horizon League play at home on Saturday, Sept. 19, as Robert Morris comes to town. Wright State will wrap up September with a pair of Horizon League road contests at IU Indy on Thursday, Sept. 24, and Northern Illinois on Sunday, Sept. 27.
WSU will kick off October with a pair of home matches against Green Bay on Thursday, Oct. 1, followed by Milwaukee on Oct. 4. The Raiders will take a quick trip up to Youngstown State on Saturday, Oct. 10, before returning home to host two more Horizon League contests against Purdue Fort Wayne on Thursday, Oct.15, and Cleveland State on Sunday, Oct. 18. Wright State will wrap up the regular season on a three -game road trip with stops at Oakland on Thursday, Oct. 22; Detroit Mercy on Sunday Oct. 25; and Northern Kentucky on Oct. 31.
Wright State finished 2025 with a 7-7-5 overall record and a 4-1-5 mark in Horizon League play. The Raiders made the Horizon League Championship, falling to Green Bay 3-1 in the quarterfinals.
