2009: Competed in all 6 meets...set career best 5K at Meijer Flyer 5K clocking in at 17:55...set career best 8K at Falcon Invitational clocking in at 28:05...set career best 10K at NCAA Regional clocking in at 37:11.
2008: Competed in six of seven meets...posted a career-best 5K time in the Queen City Invitational (9/6), clocking in at 18:17...also recorded a career-best 8K time in the Greater Louisville Classic, finishing at 28:10.
2007: Competed in five meets during cross country...posted a season-best time at the Meijer Flyer 5K...posted his top finish at the Crusader Open...ran a personal best 28:32 at the Cedarville Invitational...competed in all five competitions during the outdoor track season...recorded a top time of 10:50 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Horizon League Championships...posted a time of 36:56 in the 10,000 meter run at the All-Ohio Track & Field Championships.
