2010: Ran in five of the seven meet...ran 16:57 in season opener Flyer 5K Challenge...best 8K was 29:27 at the Horizon League Meet.
2009: Competed in 4 of 6 meets...season best 8K set at Falcon Invitational with a time of 28:59.
2008: Competed in six of seven meets...posted a career-best 5K time in the Queen City Invitational (9/6), clocking in at 18:41...also posted a career-best 8K time in the Greater Louisville Classic (10/4), finishing at 28:02.
2007: Competed in five meets during the cross country season...posted a personal-best time of 18:42 at the Meijer Flyer 5K...posted an 8K time of 28:32 at the Falcon Invitational...competed at four of the five meets during the outdoor track season...posted the team's second-best time in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Horizon League Championships.
Prep: Lettered all four years in cross country and twice in track for the Warriors...Second Team All-Greater Western Ohio Conference selection as a junior and senior...team captain as a senior.
Personal: Born Sean Patrick Herbert on October 3, 1988...is the son of Andy and Sandy Herbert...has two brothers, Jason and Justin.
