2013: Best 5K was 19:02 at the Flyer Challenge...clocked an 8K time of 29:54at the Wilmington Fall Classic.
2012: Best 5K was 17:18 at the Queen City Invitational...best 8K time was 27:51 at the Friendship Invitational...top overall finish 51st at the Flyer Challenge.
