Jayson Wiseman was named assistant men’s and women’s tennis coach at Wright State University in January 2015.

Before coming to WSU, Wiseman held several jobs on the high school, college and private levels, including most recently running his own programing through Jayson Wiseman Tennis.  He coached at Southview (OH) Senior High School where the four individuals advanced to the state tournament for the first time since 1995 as he was named the Coach of the Year in 2009.

In the collegiate ranks, he worked as a volunteer assistant coach at Bowling Green from 2004-07 when he assisted in all facets of the program, including organization, conditioning, practice and match preparation.  He also boasts experiences with Lakeland Athletic Club, Tennis-N-Gear, Inc., Shadow Valley Tennis Club, and Toledo Tennis Club as well several other camps.

Wiseman, a 2002 graduate of Ferris State University, holds Certified Professional-1 Elite Professional status through the USPTA.  He received a M.Ed. in Sports Administration and a MCJA in Criminal Justice, both from Bowling Green.
