Mary Beth Lengefeld

Mary Beth Lengefeld, a native of West Carrollton, OH, ranked third in most goals (27), third in most points (70) and fourth in most assists (16) in a career at the time of her induction. She still ranks in the top ten in each of those categories.
She ranks fourth in most assists (nine in 1992), fifth in most points (28 in 1993) and third in most goals (12 in 1993) in a single season.
She received the team’s Raider Award in 1992 and was named the MVP in 1993. Playing before WSU women's soccer competed in a conference, Lengefeld was honored nationally when she named a GTE Academic All-American, as well as receiving the honor of WSU's Student-Athlete of the Year in 1993 and 1994.
Professionally, Lengefeld played five seasons in the W-League for the Cincinnati Leopards, Cleveland Eclipse, and Cincinnati LadyHawks. She is now the women’s soccer head coach at Muskingum University, where she is the winningest head coach in program history.
