A Steph Comisar three from the left corner tied the game at 42 and it was back and forth over the next four points until the Panthers used a 6-0 burst, four by Turquoise McCain, to go up 52-46 with 11:09 to play.
Milwaukee then blew the game open with a 12-3 run over a five-minute span, including eight more from Edwards, to make it 68-53.
The Raiders came as close as seven on two Duncan foul shots with 1:07 left, but the Panthers hit three foul shots down the stretch to round out the scoring.
After shooting 61 percent in the first half, Wright State shot just 36 percent the final 20 minutes to end up at 47 percent overall while Milwaukee hit for 50 percent in the second half and finished at 46 percent.
