Results

The Wright State track team is in second after the opening day of the Horizon League Indoor Championships Saturday at the Michigan Indoor Track Building in Ann Arbor.

Cassandra Lloyd set a new Horizon League and school record in the preliminaries of the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.46, eclipsing the mark of 8.63 she set at last year's League meet. Lloyd also won the prelims of the 60 meter dash while Erica Kemp won the pole vault with a height of 3.55 meters.

The championships conclude on Sunday.
