Men Fall at League-Leading Green Bay

The Wright State men's basketball team trailed by just five at the half, only to see Green Bay open the second half with a 23-8 run as the Phoenix, who currently lead the Horizon League standings, went on to a 78-61 decision Thursday at the Resch Center.

A Steven Davis dunk gave the Raiders an early 9-6 edge before Green Bay answered with 12 straight points over the next four minutes to take the lead for good.  The Phoenix later extended the margin to 33-21 until WSU closed the half with a 10-2 run, capped off by another Davis dunk in the final minute, to make it 35-30 at the break.
