The Wright State men's soccer team fell at #19 West Virginia 4-2 Friday night in Morgantown, WV.
First Half Highlights
West Virginia jumped out in the first 11 minutes to score twice as Pascal Derwaritsch and Jad Arslan found the back of the net but the Raiders bounced back quickly as
AJ Paterson picked up his fourth tally of the year on a penalty kick at 20:46. It was the first goal allowed by the Mountaineers this season. The Raiders had five shots in the first 45, with two from Paterson and
Brayden McNitt. WVU finished with six shots.
Second Half Highlights
It was a tight second half that saw the teams exchange scoring chances. WVU got their third goal at 81:06 from Sebastian Garcia-Her. Five minutes later, Arslan collected his fourth goal of the year.

Alec Philippe led the team with three shots as West Virginia (3-0) outshot WSU 16-9.

The Raiders (1-1-1) will play at Ohio State Monday at 7 pm.
