The Wright State women's soccer team traveled to #6 West Virginia on Monday evening, losing 2-0.
First Half Highlights
Coming off a victory over #1 Penn State on Friday evening, #6 West Virginia wasted no time scoring in the third minute of the game on a penalty kick by senior forward Michaela Abam.
Second Half Highlights
The second half continued much like the first half with West Virginia (4-1) putting constant pressure on the Wright State defense notching 33 total shots with nine on goal. The game remained 1-0 until the 82nd minute when senior defender Amandine Pierre-Louis scored on a rebound off of a penalty kick.
