The Wright state softball team was back in action on Tuesday, falling short in both games at Miami (OH) 5-2 and 6-5.
 
In game one, the Raiders could only find runs in the third inning, as Honnah Susor had one of her two hits in the inning, and Susor and Rebekah Lenos both recorded an RBI. Jordan Kennaw, Madison Mills, and Kelly Dillow added a hit each as well as an RBI from Dillow. Ally Russell started the game for the Raiders pitching three innings and allowing four runs. Maddux Hughes came in for relief, and did not allow one earned run in her three innings of work.
 
Game two was also very close throughout the game. WSU took a 5-3 lead heading into the seventh inning, but were unable to hang onto the victory. Susor and Madison Whitaker both added two hits and an RBI, while Macey Gunther had two hits and two RBI in the game. Lauren Deitrick also provided a hit and an RBI, but crossed the plate twice for two runs scored.   

The Raiders are now 14-23 overall and will host Morehead State Wednesday at 2 and 4 pm.
