The Wright State golf team is first after the first round of the Horizon League Championships held in Howey-in-the-Hills, FL.

Chris Rossi and Bryce Haney led the way for the Raiders, both shooting 73 for their opening round and are currently tied for second. Mitch Lehigh shot a first round 74 and is tied for sixth. As a team, The Raiders shot 297, six shots ahead of defending champions Cleveland State and seven ahead of third place Northern Kentucky.

The championships continue through Tuesday with 18 holes Monday and 18 holes on the final day
