HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, FL – The Wright State golf team is one shot back and in third-place heading into Monday's final round of the 2026 Horizon League Championship at Mission Inn Resort & Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida, with Shane Ochs tied for first individually after two rounds.
Wright State, the two-time defending champions, began the second round in third-place after playing a collective one-under on Saturday, following that up on Sunday with a 10-over round as a group to sit at nine-over with 18 holes to play, just one shot back of co-leaders Oakland and Purdue Fort Wayne at eight-under.
The Raiders will tee off Monday's final round beginning at 12:50 p.m., with Ochs going off last at 1:30 p.m.

Ochs, who opened with a two-under round on Saturday, followed that up with a one-under Sunday 71 that featured three birdies, two of which came over his final two holes. He'll begin the final round tied with Oakland's Rakshit Dahiya at three-under overall, three shots better than Green Bay's Mason Haupt and Bavake Sihota of Detroit Mercy, both at even par.
Ian Asch and Timmy Hollenbeck are each also inside the Top 15 for the Raiders entering Monday, with Asch moving up eight spots after his one-over 73 on Sunday to sit in fifth, thanks in part to an eagle three on the par five 522-yard 14th hole. Hollenbeck dropped seven spots on Sunday after a five-over 77 that saw him card six birdies but also double, triple and quadruple bogeys. Hollenbeck enters the final round at four-over in 14th overall.
CJ Scohy dropped nine spots after a five-over 77 of his own Sunday, tallying six bogeys to head into the final round at seven-over in 27th, while Adam Horn also finished with a second round five-over 77 that featured four birdies and three double bogeys to sit at 10-over overall in 34th.
As a group, the Raiders continue to play well on par fives, carding a 13-under total on the long holes through two rounds, while their 34 birdies are also the most in the field and they have two of the eight eagles through 36 holes.
