@WSUBaseball Nipped by #29 Louisville

The Wright State baseball team jumped out to a 4-0 lead through three innings but the Raiders were unable to hold on and fell at #29 Louisville 8-4 Tuesday night.

WSU used three RBI from senior Gabe, including his 15th home run of the season.  He needs one more round tripper to tie the Wright State single-season record.  The other RBI came from Peyton Burdick who ended the night with three hits, including a double.  JD Orr posted a pair of hits while Zane Harris picked up a pinch hit.

Junior Jason Foster started on the mound for the Raiders, giving up two earned runs in 3.2 innings before being relieved by Bear Bellomy.  Bellomy took the loss after allowing five earned runs in 2.2 innings.

The Raiders, 31-15, will next play at Milwaukee in a three-game series this weekend.
