Game Recap: Men's Soccer |

Raiders fall at Kentucky Wednesday night

The Wright State men's soccer team was held to six shots on Wednesday night as the Raiders were handed a 7-1 defeat on the road against Kentucky.

Wright State drops to 7-6-2 overall with a 3-3-0 mark in Horizon League action, while Kentucky improves to 10-2-3 overall. The Raiders return to HL play this weekend when they host Green Bay on Saturday night. The 7 p.m. kickoff will be proceeded by Wright State's Senior Day festivities.

Trailing by two goals early Wednesday night, Stefan Rokvic found the back of the net in the 18th minute off an assist by Deri Corfe to pull the Raiders within a score. That would be as close as the visitors would get, as Kentucky would go on to extend the lead with two more first half goals and a trio of scores in the second 45 minutes of action.
