Raiders unveil non-conference women's hoops schedule

The Wright State women's basketball program has announced its upcoming 2019-20 non-conference slate. This year's schedule features four home games, five true road games and a pair of tournaments in Boca Raton and Orlando, Florida.
Fans first chance to see the Raiders in action will come on November 6 when Kentucky State visits the Nutter Center in an exhibition before Wright State hosts Abilene Christian (Nov. 15) and Cal State Bakersfield (Nov. 19) to open the regular season. The Raiders' opening road trip will be a short one, as they travel south to take on Xavier on November 23.
Wright State will play in its first of two regular season tournaments on November 29 and 30 in Boca Raton, Florida, facing Kansas in the opening game of the trip before meeting tournament-host Florida Atlanta or Loyola (Md.) in the second game.
A two-game trip in Texas opens the month of December, as the Raiders will face off with UT Arlington (December 4) and SMU (December 7) before returning home to the Nutter Center on December 11 for an 11 a.m. matchup with Marian for Education Day. Wright State will wrap up its non-conference slate with three more road contests, beginning on December 15 at Iowa State before a pair of games in Orlando, Florida. The Raiders will take on St. Bonaventure on December 20 before a matchup with tournament-host UCF on December 21.
