College Sports Madness names Baker its HL Player of the Week

DAYTON – Wright State junior Angel Baker has been named the Horizon League's player of the week by College Sports Madness, the publication announced Monday.
Baker led the Raiders to a pair of wins at Purdue Fort Wayne this past weekend, turning in 21 points on Friday before a season-high 24 point performance on Saturday afternoon. Baker added eight total rebounds while also tallying her 1,000th career point on Friday afternoon. Baker is averaging 14.4 points per game and has scored in double digits 12 times this season, with three on those being 20-plus point outings.
Wright State is back in action this weekend at home on Friday and Saturday against Milwaukee.
