Lively set to compete at Harrison Dillard Twilight on Friday

DAYTON — Wright State's Cierra Lively will compete on Friday afternoon at the 2024 Harrison Dillard Twilight meet. hosted by Baldwin Wallace in the high jump as she attempts to add to her top clearance from this season ahead of selections for the NCAA East Prelims later this month.

The women's high jump is set to begin at 3 p.m. on Friday afternoon, with Lively one of 22 competitors on the event's start list. Lively's top clearance of the season is 1.75m, which is tied for the top mark among Friday's competitors with Amarianna Lofton of Central State. Lively is coming off a first-place finish at last week's 2024 Horizon League Championships, claiming the top spot with a top jump of 1.69m on Sunday, .03m above the rest of the field on the way to the title. After clearing 1.69m, Lively just missed at a mark of 1.76m, which would have been a new personal-best mark.
