
Raiders Hold Four-Shot Lead After Day One of HL Championship

Howey in the Hills, FL- Shane Ochs shot a two-under 70, and sits second overall as an individual, as the Raiders own a four-shot lead after day one of the Horizon League Championships.
Ochs carded a pair of birdies and one of three eagles on the day and sits only a shot back of the individual lead after the opening 18. Timmy Hollenbeck carded three birdies, two on the back nine as he closed his round strong with a two over 74.
He and fellow Raiders Adam Horn (75), Brock Rumpke (76) and Andrew Flynn (77) are all bunched in the mid 70s. All five of the Raiders are in the top 25 individually with Hollenbeck joining Ochs in the top 10.
The Raiders closest competition is Green Bay and IU-Indy, both four back at 11-over par as a team, Cleveland State is right behind them at 13-over. It will be an early start moving day as Wright State will tee off between 7:30 and 8:10 on Easter morning. Â
