
Women’s Basketball Adds Grace Okih for 2025-26 Season

DAYTON – Wright State women's basketball head coach Kari Hoffman has announced the signing of transfer Grace Okih, who will join the Raiders for the 2025-26 season.
A senior from Lagos, Nigeria, Okih comes to WSU after spending the 2024-25 season at Incarnate Word. She began her collegiate career at Jacksonville College in Jacksonville, Texas.
The 6-foot-2 forward was named Region XIV All-Conference Honorable Mention and was selected as the Jacksonville College Women's Basketball MVP.
During her sophomore season at JC, Okih averaged a double-double with 10.4 points and 11.9 rebounds per game, leading NJCAA Region 14 in rebounds and ranking 12th nationally in the NJCAA. She recorded eight double-doubles that season, including a career-high 22 points and 29 rebounds against Coastal Bend CC on January 22, 2024.
