2012-13:  Team's second best time in 100 free at 46.65 at HL Meet...third best in 50 free at 21.44...fifth in 500 free at 4:50.47...swam 1:44.02 in 200 free at HL Meet...part of squad's best relay teams in the 200 free, 400 free and 200 medley...helped post second top times in the 400 and 800 free relay teams.

2011-12: Team's second best times in 100 free (45.39) and 500 free (4:38.96)...third top time in 50 free (21.57) and 200 free (1:40.52)...parts of the 200, 400 and 800 free relay teams...800 free relay team set new WSU and Horizon League mark 6:34.51...part of the Horizon League 800 free relay championship team.

2010-11: His best 50 free (12/3) 21.65...100 free was second best on team (2/26) 45.62...200 free (2/25) 1:40.42...team's second best 500 free (2/24) 4:35.72)...in relays, all team bests: 200 free (2/23) 1:21.50; 400 free (2/26) school record 2:58.31; 800 free (2/25) 6:39.80 and 200 medley (2/23) 1:31.97.

2009-10: Qualified in the Horizon League Championships for the 100, 200 and 500 yard freestyle...also competed in the 100 yard butterfly and 50 yard freestyle...swam in the 200 and 400 yard freestyle relay and medley relay.

Prep: Lettered four times for the Fighting Saints...named team captain and team MVP as a senior...also named to all-state team in both sophomore and senior years...holds school record for 200m freestyle...also lettered in water polo.

Personal: Born Adam Douglas Carnell on February 25, 1991...son of Doug and Melissa Carnell...has two brothers, Josh and Alec.
