Megan Leuzinger enters her third season as an assistant coach for the Wright State women's basketball program.

Leuzinger assists the Raiders with recruiting, game scouting, post player development, academics, and coordinating community outreach events.

Before joining Wright State in June 2021, Leuzinger spent three seasons as the head coach at Evangel University, where she helped propel the Crusaders to 19 and 20 wins in her first two seasons. She also logged two seasons on the sidelines as an assistant at Valparaiso University from 2016-18.

Before entering the coaching ranks, Leuzinger enjoyed a professional career that started in the WNBA after earning All-America honors at Liberty University. Drafted by the San Antonio Silver Stars with the 14th pick of the 2009 WNBA Draft, she played two seasons in San Antonio before playing seven seasons in Europe with stops in Turkey, Poland, and Israel.

Leuzinger prepped at Xenia Christian High School in nearby Xenia, Ohio, where she was named the Ohio Division IV Player of the Year.

Leuzinger earned her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Liberty in 2019 and a master's degree in coaching and athletic administration from Concordia University Irvine (Calif.) in 2011. Megan and her husband, Caleb, reside in Dayton with their two children: Ezekial and Malachi.
