Cross Country:
2022: Raced 5 times…Recorded a personal record in the 5k (20:22.5) at the All-Ohio Cross Country Championship…Set a personal record in the 6k at the NCAA Division 1 Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:33.4. 
2021: Did not compete.

Track & Field: 
2023 (Indoor): Raced 2 times during the Indoor season…Finished 12th in the 1000m run at the Wittenberg Showcase with a time of 3:36.60. 

2023 (Outdoor): Raced 3 times over 3 meets during the Outdoor season…Recorded a personal record in the 5000m run with a time of 21:37.86 at the Otterbein Twilight. 

2022 (Outdoor): Raced in the 800-meter run (2:38.81) and 1,500-meter run (5:17.45) at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship… Placed 15th in the 3,000-meter run with a personal-best time of 11:28.61 at the Cherry Blossom Invitational… PR time of 5:17.14 in the 1500m at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational… Helped 4x400 meter relay to sixth place (4:47.13) at the Otterbein Twilight.
2022 (Indoor): Competed in three events (1000m, 1500m, 4x400m) during the indoor season… Finished 18th in the mile (5:35.76) at the Horizon League Indoor Championship…  Captured fourth overall in the 1,000-meter run (3:23.24) at the Marshall Invitational.
