2023 (Indoor): Raced 6 times over 6 meets during the Indoor season…Recorded personal records in the Mile (4:34.90) and the 3000m run (8:40.27)…Placed in the top 25 in 6 of 7 races, including 3 top 10 finishes…Placed 2nd at the Marshall Classic in the 3000m run, 2nd at the Wittenberg Showcase in the 5000m run, and 9th at the Wittenberg Invite in the 3000m run. 
2023 (Outdoor): Raced 6 times over 6 meets during the Outdoor season…Recorded a personal record in the 10,000m run (30:36.26)…Placed in the top 25 in 4 out of the 6 races, including a 9th place finish in the 10,000m run at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship.  
2020 (Indoor): Ran personal best 3000m of 8:53.3 at Steemer Showcase
