2023 (Indoor): Raced 7 times over 6 meets during the Indoor season…Recorded personal records in the Mile (5:22.69) and the 1000m run (3:10.73)…Finished in the top 25 in 5 out of 7 races…Improved Mile time by 27 seconds from the Marshall Classic (5:49.44) to the Bellarmine Classic (5:22.69). 

2023 (Outdoor): Raced 7 times over 6 meets during the Outdoor season…Recorded a personal record in the 1500m run (4:59.78) at the Golden Grizzly Invite.
