Box Score

Wright State could not overcome a 62 percent shooting performance by Ohio as the Raiders dropped an 82-54 decision to the Bobcats Saturday night at WSU's Nutter Center.

The margin was just 20-11 with 7:42 remaining in the first half until Ohio closed out the period with a 23-11 run to go up 43-22 at the break.  The Bobcats shot 59 percent from the floor in the opening 20 minutes and were 13 of 18 at the foul line compared to 41 percent and three of 13 for the Raiders.

WSU would get no closer than 18 the rest of the way as Ohio shot 62 percent for the game, 64 percent in the second half, and was 16 of 22 from the foul line. Wright State, meanwhile, hit for 38 percent and was 13 of 25 at the stripe.
