Winchester Named Freshman of the Week

Everett Winchester has been named the Horizon League Men's Basketball Freshman of the Week, league officials announced today.
Winchester, a native of Baltimore, MD, came off the bench in the season opener at Loyola to score 15 points and grab three rebounds. The redshirt freshman shot four of eight from the field and seven of ten from the free throw line in 31 minutes of play.
The Raiders, 0-1, will next be in action at Miami (OH) Tuesday at 7 pm. Wright State opens at home against Murray State Saturday at 7 pm.
