Wright State
The Raiders are 3-3 after two losses in Cancun to Penn State and narrowly to SMU.  Loudon Love averaged a double-double for Wright State at 16.5 points and 12.0 rebounds while being named to the all-tournament team.  Four Raiders average in double-figure scoring, led by Love at 16.5, then Bill Wampler at 14.7 and Cole Gentry at 14.0.  Mark Hughes carries an average of 10.2.  Love also leads the team in rebounding at 9.8 per game.

WSU leads the overall series 4-2.  The teams met in an exhibition game in 2016 as WSU won 88-62.  Hughes had eight points and eight rebounds in that game.

Cedarville
The Yellow Jackets are currently 2-3 with wins over Truman State and Campbellsville-Someset.  CU lost an exhibition game at Akron 70-50.  Cedarville's roster includes Dayton-area players in junior Demond Parker of Huber Heights and senior Grant Zawadzki of Tipp City.

Four Yellow Jackets starters average in double-figure scoring: Conner TenHove at 16.0, Brandon Maughmer at 15.2, Zawadzki at 10.4 and Colton Linkous at 10.0.  All five starters scored in double figures in the most recent game, a loss to Kentucky State.  Maughmer, a 6-2 guard from Chillicothe, was named the Great Midwest Conference Player of the Week on Nov. 19 when he scored 30 points in a loss to Shawnee State.
