@WSUBaseball Takes Series at Oakland

Home runs from Zach Weatherford and Brandon Giltrow with a 10-run second inning gave fuel to the Wright State baseball team as they posted a 17-2 win at Oakland Sunday afternoon.

Wright State had two-hit days from Matt Morrow, Zane Harris, Seth Gray, Peyton Burdick as well as Weatherford.  Harris and Weatherford each ended with four RBI and Giltrow three.  Zane Collins picked up the win, throwing five innings and giving up two earned runs.  Evan Moores, Jason Foster, Jake Schrand and Derek Hendrixson each pitched one inning without allowing a run to end the game.

The Raiders, 25-13 and 13-5, will play a three-game series at Youngstown State next weekend.
