Four Raiders finished in double-figures as the Wright State women's basketball handed Youngstown State a 67-54 loss on Thursday evening.
Wright State is now 13-10 overall and 8-4 in Horizon League play, while Youngstown State fell to 11-12 overall and 4-8 in HL action.
The second quarter was the difference in the contest as the Raiders outscored the Penguins 19-7 in that period while the other three quarters each had scoring differentials of just one point.

Angel Baker both had a game-leading 12 points for the Raiders with Miller finishing the contest shooting 5-for-16 from the field, 1-for-4 from three point range and 1-for-1 from the line. Baker was 6-for-18 from the field providing five assists for the Raiders and pulling down five rebounds as well.
Anisja Harris and Shamare Hale both contributed 10 points to the Raiders 76. Harris finished the contest with her first career double-double, going 4-for-8 from the field, 2-for-4 from beyond on the arc and pulled down a game-leading 11 rebounds. Hale was 5-for-8 from the field and pulled down nine rebounds for the Raiders.
Both teams finished the contest shooting under 40 perfect for the contest as Wright State finished shooting just 38.9 percent (28-for-72) while Youngstown State shot just 35.8 percent (19-for-53). Wright State scored 27 of its 67 points off of second chance opportunities while Youngstown State had just nine. Â
The Raiders out rebounded the Penguins 51-28, while YSU recorded a 17-14 advantage in points off of turnovers. The Raider bench finished with 28 points to the Penguins' 16.
